My Approach

I integrate eastern wisdom traditions and western psychotherapeutic practices to support mind, body, and spirit. My work integrates over 25 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, breathwork, energy healing, and meditation. Together, we explore the deeper layers of your experience—including emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, spiritual longing, and relational dynamics.

We begin with an initial consultation to explore the issues you’re facing, your personal and family background, and the current stressors in your life. This allows us to tailor a therapeutic approach that is deeply relevant and effective for you.

Sessions take place weekly or twice weekly, offering continuity and depth. Together, we’ll explore conscious and unconscious patterns, the stories you carry, and the parts of you still waiting to be seen and integrated.

Therapy for the Soul is not just about treating symptoms — it’s a sacred process of reconnecting with your deepest self. When we feel stuck, disconnected, or in pain, it often reflects where we are cut off from our truth.

This work guides you beneath surface issues to the roots of emotional distress — childhood imprints, unconscious patterns, unprocessed grief, or spiritual disorientation. By honouring the soul’s wisdom, we create space for healing, integration, and growth.

You’ll be supported to explore questions of identity, purpose, and self-worth, transforming pain into presence and resistance into renewal.

My approach draws from both Eastern spiritual philosophy and Western psychological insight.

The Eastern path invites surrender, self-compassion, and presence — working with breath, energy, meditation, and the spiritual heart.
The Western path offers deep inquiry, emotional processing, and therapeutic techniques that ground your healing in relational, embodied experience.

Together, these paths form a bridge between your higher consciousness and earthly experience — offering a holistic way to live with authenticity and courage.

This work is relational, experiential, and grounded in deep respect for your wholeness. It invites you to understand the inner patterns that shape your choices and embody new ways of relating — to yourself, others, and the world.

Sessions are held twice a week or once a week, and are deeply attuned to your needs. Each begins with where you are now — emotionally, physically, spiritually.

We may explore the past, work with current challenges, or attend to unconscious dynamics arising in the room. You’ll be gently guided to express what has been hidden, understand self-sabotaging patterns, and awaken new choices.

An initial consultation includes an assessment of your history, presenting concerns, and personal goals. This helps us co-create a pathway forward.

Yes. Many of my clients are spiritually aware, empathic, or going through an awakening process. I honour these experiences and support you to integrate them with psychological and relational growth.

There’s no set timeframe. Some clients work with me for a few months to navigate a life transition, while others commit to longer-term exploration and integration. We move at your pace.

Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are typically held weekly, either in person in Highgate, Close to Crouch End, Hampstead, Archway in North London or online. Our work may include exploring thoughts, emotions, past experiences, relational dynamics, somatic awareness, and spiritual insight. You will be supported to go at your own pace.
